Absolutely dreadful customer service encounter during my stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Sharil, was shockingly unprofessional and greeted my family with blatant rudeness. To add insult to injury, she had the audacity to demand a tip from me. Despite the abysmal service, I felt obligated to leave a tip. Thankfully, the only redeeming aspects were the room quality and the view, made up for the horrible service.

We loved our stay here! The staff are so kind and accommodating, we truly had a 5 star experience. The breakfast buffet was incredible and we were spoilt for choice, so many great options!

I recently stayed at Grosvenor House with my sister. We had a wonderful time. The room was excellent for both of us not cramped in the least it was big. We were looked after really well the staff are so welcoming and do anything for you. They were polite, friendly, professional and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed here before but my sisters first time and she couldn’t rate the staff any higher than they were. Food was delicious service excellent. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you all at Grosvenor House.
