I’m making this review becuase I called a few times to ask about sloanes now they told me it’s discontinued this year however I came today and it’s still there and it’s open and people are eating like what are you kidding me people are sitting inside and eating where the discontinued in that lol check before you tell a customer that ..

What can I say... It's your typical "yes sir, right away sir, my pleasure sir" hotel. So, while the staff were attentive and friendly, it was generic and insincere. I'm sure the typical guest wouldn't even know or care -- but I did. The curse of being a professor, I suppose. One exception, the front desk receptionist managed to break character and once he became himself, was fantastic.
