we had bad experiences from first day we came
1/ The service 0/10 I’ve ordered water and a lot of things that i really needed they took a lot of time. so i have to call a lot of time to bring my things.
2/ They took a lot of time also for answering our call.
3/ We were in the breakfast area today and my husband had an accident, one of the staff dropped the plates on my husband’s leg and he got injured , and needed stitching , he went to the DR in jumeirah he didn’t find him twice.
Btw we are a VIP costumers in Jumeirah hotels, But i think this is the LAST time i will stay in jumeirah beach hotel.
