We thank the Kempinski family very much for making our first vacation with my little son unforgettable. The direct entrance to the mall from the hotel was the biggest factor in our choice, and I realized that we made a very correct decision. Room cleanliness, reception service, and breakfast were super. Especially, I would like to thank Ms. Begüm, Mr. Muhammed Ali, and Mr. Özgün.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Kempinski MoE Hotel. The quality of service was very good in all its aspects. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, satisfying the needs of a family where each person has different food preferences. The restaurant staff were very attentive and responsive. The housekeeping staff were always helpful, and Apurva diligently took care of all our special requests for linen changes, extra coffee pods, robes, and so on.

We liked the convenient location of the hotel, with a direct entrance into the mall that we used several times each day. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel.

Greatly located right next to the Mall of the Emirates! The infinity pool was probably one of my favorite experiences in the hotel. Unfortunately we checked in super late and our suite was given to someone else. The only room available had a lot of smoke smell and the next day we asked to swap rooms and none were available. We decided to cut our stay short and check in to a different hotel.
