Poor; the receptionist requested for additional cost, my booking shows the cost as 141 Derham, he asked me to pay over 200, claiming that the price on booking does not reflect the actual rate. I showed him my booking details, he asked me to cancel and book again. When I tried to book again he didn't accept my request.. I had a very bad experience at 6am

Overall good facilities and staff. The location is very Convenient. While ordering room service if requested they give up to 20% discount. I have been here for 5-6 times and never had any issue or bad experience.
