موقع ممتاز وخدمة احترافية جدا ولكن السلبية الوحيدة هي عدم وجود شطاف في حمام الغرفة وهو شي مستغرب جداً بالنسبة لي. وعدم توفر مقابس شحن بالقرب من السرير او المقاعد مما يجعل الإقامة غير مريحة نوعاً ما.

Hôtel très agréable , services impeccables , personnels à l’écoute,restaurant très bons, petit déjeuner magnifique , chambre vue piscine très calme la réception par stella d’un haut standing ! Et la responsable de chambre aishwarya adorablement aux petits soins rend le séjour très amicale

We love staying here. They have a tennis and golf academy next to an 18 hole golf course. Beach pool for family and adults.

What an amazing experience at Park Hyatt, beautiful place, food is delicious, an adult only pool is available and fabulous. Service is on top, big thanks to Bryan, Aishwarya and Amrita. I would totally recommend this place !

I'm giving it only three stars due to a disappointing experience by their front of house team (particularly a member of the team 'Isaac' who my wife and I were surprised was a part of Hyatt; rude and arrogant). Particularly surprising as everyone else representing the hotel were great.
If you can look past the above, this is a hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended as the authentic Dubai experience.
