JUMEIRAH ROTANA HOTEL ^{* * * *}

Terrible guest services! Christopher (I may got the name wrong) at the front desk is another disaster ????

لقد قمت بالحجز بالفندق عن طريق موقع اجادو لليله بتاريخ 15الي16 من شهر 2 وعند وصولي للفندق وجدت ان الحجز تم لايام اخري قام الفندق اعطائي غرفه بديله ومكثت لمدة يومين وقال لي راسل موقع اجادو قمت بمراسلت الموقع والفندق تهرب الاثنين من تحمل المسوليه كون الحجز مدفوع ورفضو تأجير او تعديل التواريخ او اعطائي تعويض

We had a very nice experience at this Hotel in January 2024. The room was clean and spacious and the reception staff was very kind. We had all inclusive package and we can say that the food was delicious and the portions were large. The fact that the lunch and dinner were at the Boston Bar was amazing. The staff there was very kind and we thank them for that.
We definitely recommend this Hotel for your next trip to Dubai. It's a bit far from the city center, but all the services offered here make up for it.

My stay at Jumeira Rotana was not a pleasant one…
The room was well overdue a renovation, very old standard, bad air quality, only one electrical socket. There was rain one day during my stay, the water poured thru the window and soaked the carpet flooring. The toilet was flushing continuously now and then, very annoying at night… There is a desk/worktop, but no chair, only a sofa.
For some reason my room card stopped working almost every time I went out, even tho I kept it separate from my phone. They never managed to fix this issue…
The windows had a view straight into the neighbor.
Gym was very bad equipped, and honestly didn’t look like it was cleaned properly for a long long time. Some of the dumbbells had a layer of human grease on it…
This hotel charges a premium price, but sadly delivers similar to a 2-star hotel. I have stayed in this area a lot for work, definitely recommend you to find something else. There is several hotel with much better standard at the same price point in this area…!

فندق جميل وهادئ والغرف وسيعة، كل الخدمات قريبة منك. حاولت امدد يوم اضافي ورفضوا وهذا الشيء المزعج الوحيد.
