I visited Dubai this season and I decided to stay at grand mercure hotel and in many times I've visited Dubai grand mercure I got the best service and specifically Janak and Nyoman this are two personalities who made my stay memorable due to Wonderful and friendly interaction we had. Incase you visit Dubai just ask for grand mercure hotel next to airport. Experience the best service from Janak from Nepal and Nyoman a wonderful young lady with the big smile.
Thanks Grand Mercure for wonderful memorable hospitality. I will definitely visit in November. Thanks

Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel
L’accueil est honteux , aucune explication . Il nous a donné la clé et basta ..il faut aller chercher le voiturier pour qu il prenne la voiture .
Le seul point positif c est qu il est à côté de l aéroport mais ce n est pas le seul
Les salles de bain sont affreuses ..

Mijn verblijf in het Mercure hotel was verre van wat ik had verwacht van een 5-sterren accommodatie. De ontvangst was teleurstellend en liet veel te wensen over. Het ontbijt was ondermaats, met een beperkte selectie aan vers fruit zoals meloen, rode appelsien en bittere ananas. De bediening was verre van wat je zou verwachten in een 5-sterrenhotel, eerder op het niveau van een 2-sterren ervaring.

De kwaliteit van de koffie was teleurstellend en de service tijdens het ontbijt en bij het zwembad was matig. Zelfs bij het zwembad werden drankjes traag geserveerd en de bar was gesloten. De redder leek meer bezig te zijn met zijn telefoon dan met het coördineren van de activiteiten. Na 01:00 uur was er geen valet parking beschikbaar en moesten gasten zelf hun auto parkeren.

Er ontbrak duidelijk leiderschap in het hotel, aangezien water in de kamer niet automatisch werd bijgevuld en ik telkens de receptie moest bellen om dit te regelen. Al met al voelde ik me misleid en teleurgesteld. Ik zal in de toekomst zeker geen Mercure hotel meer boeken.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the housekeeping team during my recent stay at Grand Mercure.

Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team Ms. Mary consistently ensured that my room was kept in impeccable condition. Their promptness in replacing towels and toiletries, thorough vacuuming of the floors, and meticulous dusting of all surfaces truly impressed me.and amenities were arranged in an orderly fashion, which added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.

I look forward to returning to Grand Mercure in the future and experiencing the same level of hospitality once again.
