One of the most beautiful hotels in the world. The entire experience was out of this world. From the hospitality to every part of the hotel was so beautiful. Only wish we stayed longer. The evening buffet was also an interesting experience, wasnt expecting a proper show. Highly recommend.

No welcoming apon arrival, staff not knowledgeable about restaurant closing times. No maps available, Staff look like they are depressed and stressed. Management needs alot of work to consider this hotel as luxury

Lovely experience. I love the rooftop area and Mr. Yashash was an exceptional host. Stayed at the rooftop cafe with a beautiful desert view.

Incredible resort, one of a kind experience and kid friendly. gorgeous rooms, great service, unique f&b and quality shisha on site. Tan tawi took good care of us at Anwa the rooftop bar!
