Very nice ambience

Must say this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! the staff couldn't do enough to help. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. All the small things have been thought of, many many hotels could take a leaf out of this hotel. Absolutely perfect!

Zimmer im 19. Stock mit guter Aussicht. Allerdings waren die Fahrstühle deutlich hörbar.

a terrible experience. We booked a table for iftar at Mi Amie but when we arrived we were told there is no iftar only brunch after 7pm, iftar possible only opposite in Majlis, there was a long queue so I went to the desk to ask if the tables walk in are available or just upon reservation. queue waiter lady impolitely told me that i need to stand in the queue. I replied that i understand and not planning to skip the queue but i don’t want to stand in the queue waiting if they have no tables without reservation. She said yes we have tables without reservation but you need to stand in the queue. We stood to learn that there are no tables without reservation and there is a waiting list on the side. I asked how can i file a complaint but it was possible only with the manger who was busy with addmitting guests. So as we were fasting we left, we went to the reception as asked about dates and water, but the reception had no idea what i’m asking for sent me to the restaurant in the middle of the ground floor. The waiter at the restaurant said that we need to pay for the dates and water so i said ok, than they went missing not bringing it.
