Nice 4 star hotel connected with Dubai world trade center

Отель замечательный, обслуживание хорошее, завтраки шикарные, разнообразные. Расположение супер, район тихий, красивый. есть небольшая проблема с кафе и ресторанами - их в округе очень мало и они дорогие. Район еще не заселен полностью) В шаговой доступности Музей будущего, метро 5 минут. Не очень удобный трансфер на пляж. Автобус по пути заезжает еще в отель Ибис и там собирает гостей. Обратно с моря в автобус не пропихнуться - очень много людей. В целом отель советую!!!!

This hotel only has the location going on for Dubai. However the rooms are dated, the rugs are old and stained. So as the sheets and towels. Even though it is clean. Reception on check in was good. But on check out we had an issue with our suitcases that was roughly handled by the egyptian Manager Mohamed. He was so on a power trip and humiliated me when trying to collect my suitcases that a family member had put under the reception desk after checking out. I was not allowed access to them even though I was proving my room and other 2 were linked in our bookings and I had my ID with me. He never showed any sensible care to help or assist me. He turned his head and left. This happened because I returned a rental car earlier in the morning and when I came back my family checked out already and kindly left my suitcases in the reception locker. unfortunately THIS INCIDENT caused me to Lose my flight because I wasted so much time on this. I sincerely do not recommend this chain to anyone if they do not train their staff properly. I will be issuing a claim and reviewing on Google. This manager treated me like I worked there as a cleaner and he was stepping on me clearly. Hilarious in Dubai they have staff like this! Definitely left an impression and not good at all.

We went to have dinner in entre nous restuarant and it was a great experience. The food spread is big and amazing the food is tasty and the restuarant staff are very nice sam is amazing he kept checking in on us and ensuring everything is going great zahid and Renika too where amazing we did have a great experience looking to come back soon.

Das Hotel liegt über die fußläufig erreichbare Metro absolut super, innerhalb von kürzester Zeit ist man überall! Sollte man mal wo anders hinwollen, fahren zudem Shuttlebusse, welche einen zB. an den Strand oder das Outlet bringen. Das Frühstück ist super vielseitig und bietet für jeden etwas. Auch das Servicepersonal (in unserem Fall Sasaam) ist sehr bemüht darum dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!
