I'm quite disappointed with my recent stay at Rixos Premium Hotel JBR. Due to the unexpected rainstorm in Dubai, all the roads were closing, and I couldn't check in until 10 PM. Despite these circumstances, the hotel was inflexible and only allowed me to stay until 1 PM for check-out. Considering the situation, I believe a later check-out time should have been accommodated. It's really disheartening when you expect a certain level of understanding and flexibility from such a reputable hotel."

Great hotel in terms of rooms and breakfast. Staff v friendly but definitely the busy end of town

Merci a Ines pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse c'est vraiment la meilleure toujours souriante ravissante et agréable
elle nous a bien accueilli avec ma famille et surtout bien guider durant notre séjour. Je reviendrais sans hésiter au Rixos Dubai !

The location is very good, and rooms and the views are very good. Everything is very clean. But that's it. Too many people, too many Russians that don't create a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel seems like little Moscow. The music in the pool playing all day is annoying. The beach isn't anymore what it used to be, sometimes it smells like fuel from the jet skis and boats.
