This hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we've ever stayed at.
When we arrived, we were greeted by name before we stepped out of the taxi. The General Manager, Mr. Stefan, personally welcomed us at the front desk and made a point to regularly check in on us throughout our stay. Our room was spectacular. We initially booked a standard room but were upgraded to a Diplomat suite.
As Hilton Gold members, we were invited to complimentary daily cocktails and appetizers in the Champagne Lounge. Hemanth and Carlo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
The room was so spacious, it felt like we could get lost in it. The service was top-notch, the bed was perfect, and the iHome radio charged our devices super-fast. The shower and separate bath were great, and the amenities were from Diptyque Paris and even included a full-size hand cream.
The breakfast buffet was of the highest quality with an impressive selection of food. The service and cuisine at the BQ (Brasserie Quartier) exceeded all our expectations and I loved the Coffee Art from our barista Ijaz.
Guests have access to three rooftop pools at the Habtoor, Hilton, and V. Sauna and steam rooms are also available free of charge, although we didn’t get the chance to try them out.
On our final morning, we had an early departure and were going to miss the buffet breakfast. Mr. Saud from the BQ went out of his way to arrange a complimentary in-room breakfast for us. We were incredibly touched by this gesture.
The hotel’s central location in Dubai is ideal, and a taxi ride to the airport cost $15.00 US.
It’s not often that guests get to interact with the General Manager on a daily basis. It’s clear that Mr. Stephan and his team at the Habtoor Palace go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and at home. This personal touch certainly sets them apart.
Mr. Stefan, your hotel is truly extraordinary, and your staff took exceptional care of us. We can’t wait to return.
