1. Room is okay but we wish windows are bigger and wider to see the creek view.
2. Breakfast was amazing compare to other hotels.
3. Limited restaurants, fortunately some food delivery is available.

I had a most lovely stay at the Canopy. Front desk agents Salma and Alice provided me with a sweet birthday treat and iron/board respectively. Abbas, Abraham, and Ben from the concierge/bell station were superheroes as they helped arrange taxis for me. I cant speak highly enough of the customer service, with a smile, at The Canopy. It's a lovely location and the interior design has cool, hip, bookstore art gallery vibes. It works! Shukran Canopy Hilton!

Update: I've stayed at the Canopy a total of three times now. Most recently, with my stateside family in adjoining rooms. They loved the breakfast buffet, and we did Iftar at Skafos. This is my hotel in Dubai and I have recommended it to a colleague who was equally pleased.

Had amazing experience in Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. Facilities and hospitality over expected and of course with Mr. Dilawar who manage everything on a very perfect way. One more good advantage is Hotel is located over the creek.

Wir fanden den Standort für uns perfekt. Am Creek gelegen, die nachgebaute Altstadt Al Seef vor der Tür und die Metro ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Im Parkhaus parkt man kostenlos und man ist mit dem Auto relativ schnell im Umland. Auch die Strecke zum Flughafen ist kurz.

Ein weiter Grund weshalb wir das Hotel gewählt haben ist die relativ geringe Größe.
An den Style der Zimmer mussten wir uns etwas gewöhnen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas. Egal ob Käse, Wurst, Mediterran, Asiatisch, Arabisch usw., die Auswahl ist vielfältig.
Man kann draußen sitzen und dabei den Creek sehen.

I was truly disappointed with the service ... came on time and had made reservations which to my surprise there was a misunderstanding of some sort ... what truly passed me off was that the host was serving people depending on their skin color which was UNACCEPTABLE...
I shall NEVER go there again and make sure not to recommend it to anyone I know ..
Shame a renowned chain with such treatment.

Das Negative zuerst. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Zimmergestaltung, das Ambiente, die Einrichtung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gefällt mir einfach nicht. Die offenen Schränke, der Fußboden, der Bettrahmen etc. Jetzt die zahlreichen Vorteile des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch. Aklilu bereitet Eiervariationen vor den Augen der Gäste zu, egal ob pochierte Eier, Spiegeleier, Rühreier, Omelette oder Eier Benedikt. Das alles abwechsend drinnen oder draußen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) zur Metro R19, 10 Minuten zum Frame mit dem Auto. Kleines Gym mit Kardiogeräten und Kurzhanteln, was vollkommen ausreicht. Im 7. Stock ein Pool mit toller Aussicht auf Burj Khalifa, The Frame und den Kanal. Klare Empfehlung fürs Canopy
