We had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we stepped into the reception area, Terry, the friendly and helpful receptionist, made us feel welcome and assisted us with everything, right up until check-out. The ambiance of the hotel was so relaxing, and we particularly loved the comfort of the mattress. Unfortunately, I don't have the brand name of the mattress, but I hope you could reach out to me for that information.

We want to express our gratitude to Terry for going above and beyond to enhance our experience.

Furthermore, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Although it was not included in our initial booking, we decided to try it once and ended up going back the next day. The breakfast was a delightful combination of special and modern dishes.

A special thank you goes to Chef Mohammad Maki and we hope to have the opportunity to see him again when he visits Maccah.

Spent two nights there, no complains whatsoever. Friendly staff and very helpful. The location is perfect. The price was relatively reasonable. Didn’t use the facilities nor the restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out.
