Nice place for living near downtown area and burj khalifa

We found a bed bug in one of the pillows this is very unhygienic and unacceptable they did nothing and they said only they will refund 10% of what we paid and our room was the suite , will not recommend anyone to come to this hotel , serious health investigation should be done. .
