This Hotel doesn't not even deserve half star.
Comparing to the price we pay. Very poor service very poor procedure management.
Don't get me wrong
I love the Four season hotel chain i stay in most of the four seaons worldwide but unfortunately Four seasons jumeriah doesn't do the job.
The room are old not renovated, the beach is very poor with the construction view and noise In front of the beach.
And they make you pay the price of Palace Hote.
I have spent one week with my family and they have charged me twice the amount of the stay they didnt return the deposit on my credit card.
I strongly not recommend to stay at four season jumeirah. You can try the mandarin oriental jumeirah where I have welcome for my first time as I was a regular client coming everymonth.
How ever four season jumeirah been coming there for the past 8 years and every year I experienced Lake of gratefulness.

I had the opportunity to experience Iftar during Ramadan at a beautifully located venue. The ambiance was truly captivating, adding a special touch to the dining experience. The food selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. While the overall quality of the food was good, I had anticipated a slightly higher standard given the reputation of the place. Nonetheless, the experience was enjoyable, and the vast selection partially compensated for this aspect.
