We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 4 days.
Furniture is old yes but decent and sturdy.
Reception Manager Mr Ziad was very helpful when arranging our extension.
Also Franz was great and helped alot with our breakfast though we came late. Thanks alot Franz!!

I appreciate a hotel that emphasizes exclusivity and a welcoming family atmosphere, and Arjan excels in achieving this. The guest reception service is excellent, and I want to highlight Ms. Haneen for her kind and professional assistance in providing instructions.

They cancelled our reservation without informing us!! They didnt even call before cancellation. Upon arrival, they said that the credit card didnt work and so, immediately they cancelled the reservation! They said all rooms are occupied and they can only provide whatever was available, which did not satisfy our needs. Complete lack of responsibility. Our whole vacation plans got messed up because of this.
