I called the hotel to book a room for me on weekend, once i reached the hotel 8 pm the room wasn't ready, the receptionist her name Israa asked me to wait ten minutes, then later half an hour!! later she told me, that the room will not be ready due to a problem in the AC I'll give you a suite, but i have to pay 100 AED!!!! i paid because im tired, next day morning, another issue in the restaurant, my daughter went to check the food , but your African waiter Samoli stopped her in front of my eyes he took the plate from her!! i shouted to him for that barbarian attitude, i know there will be no managers on weekends in most of hotels, and if there a duty managers, they will sort it out without informing the management, so i post it here to take quick action.

Muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estación de metro y a solo unos minutos caminando del Dubái Mall. Todo el personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como durante el desayuno y en la piscina/gimnasio, pendientes en todo momento de que la estancia fuese perfecta. Nuestro vuelo salía por la noche y no dudaron en guardar nuestro equipaje para que pudiéramos disfrutar de nuestras últimas horas en la ciudad. El desayuno, muy abundante y variado. Lo elegiríamos de nuevo sin duda
