The rooms are spacious and the staff if brilliant .. Shilpa , Hassan, Romario, Radha .. to name a few are the best there can be

I can't say enough good about the entire team here. From the minute I arrived, they have all, without exception been fantastic. The front desk has been super helpful since check in. I kept extending my stay a few days at a time, and each time it was seemless. The security guard is always there to open the door and help me with any luggage, the cab, and the elevator (I'm on crutches at the moment.) The servers and cooks do everything they can to make breakfast a pleasant and delicious experience. They insist on helping me because of my injury, but I see them greeting everyone with a smile and offering everyone excellent service. Room service is fast and high quality. The housekeeping staff is super friendly and in and out in no time leaving everything perfect, even helping with dishes. The pool staff has greeted me with a smile and a fresh towel always helping with the door and chair.
While I have appreciated the extra attention, I don't think they are all doing it because of this. They are just all really good doing jobs they seem to enjoy, and I see them provide excellent customer service to all the customers. Kudos to everyone!
The apartment is huge and exactly what I needed at a fantastic price.
If you want a kitchen and a homey feeling, you cannot go wrong, plus being close to the airport and a good mall is super convenient.

Front desk (reception) was the worst for me in Dubai. Concierge was incredible. Apartments are clean & cozy.

Reception needs evaluation by the manager. I wouldn’t stay there again because of their attitude.

Visiting a friend in that place

غريب انهم لا يولون اهتمام للعميل و يصرون على الخروج من الغرفة الساعة ١٢ مع انه يوم جمعه وفي بلد اسلامي ومعك عائلة والصلاة تبدا الساعة ١ ظهرا لكنه يصر على خروجك ولا يهتم ان تفوتك الصلاة او يبقى اولادك في الشارع ! اخبرتهم انه في فنادق اخرى يوجد شيء اسمه ( late chik out ) يراعى في وقت الصلاة ، شيء مؤسف لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله

It is strange that they do not pay attention to the client and insist on leaving the room at 12 even though it is Friday and in an Islamic country and you have a family and prayer begins at 1 pm, but he insists on you leaving and does not care that you miss prayer or that your children remain in the street! I told them that in other hotels there is something called (late chik out) that is observed during prayer time. This is an unfortunate thing..
