Reckless driver. No one says a word, they didn’t give us sandboard. They try to sell absolutely everything, we paid 45 dirhams for a small ice cream between waiting 2 hours for the buffet. The transportation is really outdated. The only good thing about this was the fire show at night. You get what you pay honestly, expect cheap

Die Safari war leider gar nicht wie erwartet. Wir wurden am Hotel abgeholt, der Fahrer sprach kein Englisch, stellte sich nicht einmal vor. Wir fuhren ca. 20 min als er einen Stopp einlegte und uns zu verstehen gab,dass wir austeigen sollten um einen Laden zu besuchen. Wir lehnten ab. Beim nächsten Stopp wurden wir an einem total überfüllten Ort zum Quad fahren rausgelassen. Wir wussten nicht was wir tun sollten, der Fahrer gab uns dann zu verstehen,dass wir zu den Quads gehen sollen, dort wurden wir wortlos auf die Quads gesetzt und durften ohne Zeitangaben auf einem überfüllten Gelände fahren.
Danach wurden wir wieder wortlos zum Auto gebracht und zum nächsten Stopp gefahren. Hier stiegen wir in ein anderes Auto um zum Dune Bashing. Auch dieser Fahrer war total unfreundlich, fuhr schweigend ca.10 min über die Dünen. Dann setzte er und am nächsten Camp ab. Wir standen planlos herum bis wir von einem Fotografen zum Gruppenfoto gebeten wurden. Kamelreiten lehnten wir an, da uns die Tiere sehr leid taten. Im Camp angekommen wurden sofort versucht uns ein Upgrade in die "VIP Area" zu verkaufen, da wird sonst am Essen ewig anstehen müssten und es Getränke auch erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt geben würde. Für das Sandboarding bekamen wir zu siebt ein Board ausgehändigt und durften uns ohne Anleitung daran versuchen,was leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat. Das Essen war zwar reichhaltig aber leider total geschmacklos. Die Shows waren Recht schön. Alles in allem war der Tripp leider eine total Enttäuschung.

The car dropped us was old and not comfortable.

The staff are not friendly
We reach the camp to find out we have to pay for everything, fine seating, camel riding which suppose to be free.

The shows was fine but belly dancing were cancelled without prior notice.
The food quality is bad even we paid extra for the vip area.

They will charge you for everything, the falcon guy asked 250aed for taking 5 photos. The problem he mentioned that after we took the photos already so we were forced to pay the amount.

Once we reach the buggy riding they asked us to pay 1000aed for the buggy, after we paid again they asked 100aed to give us new one which is an obvious scam. We asked for receipt but they said the don't give.

On our way back driver almost slept while driving.

This is my 11th safari trip and I can say it was the worst night ever.

Not recommend, no customer service, no value for money.

The cab didn’t show up for the airport transfer. The contact wasn’t able to explain what was going on. Avoid!

Had to chase them on everything at every single stage of the process. Paid £1000 for 3 excursions, the service doesn’t reflect the price in any way. There are many other companies to use, best option to ask your hotel

For delay of 20 min they charged 50 AED extra which is no where mentioned in booking confirmation voucher nor when we contacted tour operator. Their tour guide blamed the country which is peaks of his stupidity. The food is awful. If they can't control the crowd... They better should arrange for small groups of customers on one day. The dune bashing was even less than 3 min because I argued him about the excess money. He is literally begging for extra money. I don't want to mention the country of tour guide. Because he doesn't have morals to judge about a country but not me. I suggest all the customers better don't go for desert safari with this company for peace of mind and to get happy memories.... Better book any other tour agency.

We had a wonderful time with our amazing guide, Nabil! He is extremely knowledgeable and kept us (and more importantly, our kids) engaged all day. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Worst ever . If you want to waste your day , go for this company . Bad stinky vehicles - unprofessional and unsafe driver (Husain)
