The rooms were nice for the price. The lobby offers a lot of snacks and drink options. |The reason we will be coming back is because of the customer service. David Martin took care of us our entire time there. He was exceptional. He made the stay worth it taking care of all our requests and holding our luggage while we attended a meeting. |We travel a lot to France for business and because of David, this hotel will be our new go to from now on.

nous avons passé une nuit à l'hotel Renaissance .|nous assistions à un concert à la Defense Arena et n'habitons pas en region parisienne.|Hotel idéalement placé pour cela . A quelques mètres seulement de l'Arena. |Très bel hotel . très bon buffet petit dejeuner . Chambre spacieuse. Très propre . Et le staff est très accueillant et professionnel.|Hotel vieillissant quand on regarde les finitions. ( joints refait dans la douche ...)|Surclassé en chambre pour mon anniversaire ; Merci à Stella pour son acceuil et son sourire.

I am compelled to leave this review due to the unacceptable service I encountered during my stay. Upon checking in around midnight, two major issues arose:
1. Miscommunication Regarding Amenities:
Initially, the front desk assured me they would deliver a US power adapter to my room. However, they later called back stating I needed to pay extra to use it—a policy that was never mentioned beforehand.
2. Unresolved Maintenance Issues:
When attempting to use the bathroom sink, I discovered it was clogged and leaking. I immediately contacted the front desk, yet it took over 20 minutes to receive a dismissive response: "There’s nothing we can do tonight." Despite my persistent requests for staff to inspect the issue, they reluctantly agreed to send someone only after prolonged pleading.
Ultimately, we were forced to relocate to another room at 1 AM, disrupting our much-needed rest after a long journey.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is inexcusable for any hospitality establishment. I strongly advise travelers to reconsider staying here.

虽然比预期早到达，但酒店已经准备好了房间，并且得到了房间升级。||房间是开放式套房，很宽敞，储物空间多，适合常住，我们很喜欢这里。||健身房饮用水、毛巾和消毒纸巾充足。器械和自由重量组合能够满足我们的需求，早晨健身房偏低的温度也特别适合我们。||由于行政酒廊临时关闭，有些不方便。||早餐工作人员都很友善，服务很好。||这是一家居住舒适、自在放松的酒店。步行几分钟就能到达交通枢纽，地铁和火车都很方便出行。紧邻大型购物中心和超市，生活便利。如果再来巴黎，我们还会选择这里。
The time we checked in our Son was warmly welcomed with a Teddy ???? and a box of chocolate which was a good gesture and a nice touch. Rooms are bigger in size and even the bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious.
However, air-conditioning wasn't working the time we checked in and after request they provided a fan.
There are some pros and cons which I would highlight:
Pros:
1. Bigger rooms
2. Friendly staff
3. Child friendly
Cons:
1. Location is not ideal for tourists
2. Only 1 restaurant with limited options
3. No tea spoon or milk provided in the room
Overall, it's a good hotel but certain things weren't available as per 4star hotel.
