The lack of air-conditioning. Thermostat set to 18 C. Never achieved set temperature. Outside temperature was 19C when picture was taken. Can’t imagine what it would be like in summer.

This hotel is good only for winter. Cos there is no air-conditioning until come official summer. Pls check with hotel before U book esp in spring. They will provide a fan only.

Really nice hotel great location, nice rooms. Massively let down by the bar service, did not want to serve us, was rude to us. would not let us sit by the bar, everything was an inconvenience, by far the worst hotel bar I’ve ever been in.

I Travel a lot for Business. But this Hotel was the worst experience in years!! Bad Service, rooms are very old school. Maybe the only good thing was the gym, which was ok equipped!

Belle expérience dans cet hôtel, chambre propre, buffet de petit déjeuner ultra varié et personnel très attentif, agréable et qui mise beaucoup sur la satisfaction du client. Je referai lors d un prochain passage pro à la defense.
