MANILVA TERREZAS COSTA DEL SOL

We stayed in the Sevilla building.Rooms are clean and kitchen was clean as well. They are a one bedroom flat with self catering ( if you choose to have it this way) like us. We wanted the culinary experience and we weren't planning to only eat here. You will need a rental car to get to nearby cities or if you don't drive, Uber is the best option and very cheap. If you're planning to only stay at the hotel, food is really good. Buget for breakfast and dinner, throughout the day they serve other food as well at the chiringuito near the pool. They have all sorts of activities throughout the day and at night, for both children and adults. I will change my review back to 5 stars after the amount of £200 for the deposit will be paid back in my account. When we checked out of the hotel the receptionist told us that within 2 weeks our deposit will be paid back. Called after two weeks only to be told that it takes longer for the money to be processed. It's now been two months and no money seen yet. Tried calling the hotel and no answer, guessing because it's off season and there's no one at the reception.

Very nice place. Relaxing and chilled. Service excellent.

Si queréis ir a un sitio deplorable, id a estos apartamentos.

El primer día nos dan una habitación, la cual parecía que no había estado nadie en meses, olía a humedad y estaba sucia. Debajo de los muebles había pequeños insectos muertos por las arañas que había en el apartamento, las cuales eran muchas.

Tuvimos que ir finalmente a recepción a quejarnos y tener que hacer una mudanza a las 21:30 para otro apartamento, el cual estaba algo mejor. Pero nada más lejos de la realidad, a la mañana siguiente teníamos hormigas en la encimera de la cocina y el baño. De nuevo tuvimos que quejarnos y vinieron a fumigar.
Además tuvimos que llamar para que cambiarán las sábanas ya que estaban manchadas y nos dijeron que ese mismo día irían a limpiar y cambiarlas. Para sorpresa, nadie fue a limpiar ni nada y otra vez a quejarnos para que por fin fuesen a cambiarlas.
También la cisterna de este apartamento estaba mírame y no me toques, perdía agua y a veces ni iba.

Me parece digno de estudio que un sitio así se mantenga abierto.

Es un complejo que está en medio de todo y con unas vistas y unas instalaciones espectaculares. Servicio de 10! Todo el personal super atento. Sin duda volveré!

Schöne Anlage, leider renovierungsbedürftig.
Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig, zum Teil überdacht.
Zimmer waren groß, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet.
In 12 Tagen wurde hier nicht geputzt, 2x haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen. Toilettenpapier muss man selbst kaufen.
Wir haben es gebucht nur wegen del Lage mit dem Ausblick.
Hat vollkommen gereicht. Nochmal würde ich es nicht buchen, das Essen war ständig gleich, keine Besonderheit.
Safe im Zimmer hat zusätzlich gekostet. Wir müssten 200 EUR Kaution hinterlegen, bei der Abreise würde es zurückerstattet.
2 Swimmingpools und viele freie Liegen (Liegen waren schon ziemlich abgenutzt) könnten wir kostenlos nutzen.
Die Anlage war immer Abgeschlossen und beim verlassen und betreten müssten wir klingeln, dann ist das Tor aufgegangen und wir könnten mit dem Auto reinfahren.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Preise waren ok.
