Sono stata con mia figlia il giorno 28 agosto 2023. Mare trasparente e pulito, ambiente rilassante ma purtroppo si è verificato uno spiacevole episodio di maleducazione da parte dello staff della spiaggia. Uno dei tre si è permesso di fare delle avances a mia figlia che ovviamente nn ha gradito. Quando sono andata a pagare il conto un'altro dei tre bagnini si e6innervosito xche nn pagavo in contanti la somma di 92 euro, è venuto con il pos gli ho chiesto se lo posa a sul banco e x poter digitare in privacy il pin della carta, ha iniziato a parlare nella sua lingua alzando la voce, volevo recarmi alla reception x fare un reclamo ma poiché sono in vacanza nn ho voluto. Sono molto delusa che ancora esistano uomini che pensano di trattare le donne con sufficienza e arroganza e nn aggiungo altro.

This review is not about the hotel but the beach. We went there for the day as non-guests. While the beach is pretty and clean, and the service good, DRINK PRICES ARE ABSURDLY HIGH.

Nothing can justify 44 euro for two watered down aperol spritzes.

We stayed here in July for a week and honestly just want to jump on a plane and go back. Wow is the best word I can use. From the moment we arrived we knew it was a special place. The team are fantastic, friendly, helpful and engaging. The hotel is set by the beach, room was just stunning, the most comfortable bed, a really relaxing and unique space. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options and we also enjoyed an excellent dinner here too. This is a true 5 star experience, understated elegance delivered perfectly. Location was superb too, lots of great food and drink choices locally, beach was lovely and it's a 20 min drive to Thira and the Caldera to soak up the sunsets.
