Terrible place price to high room ac was trash dirty stunk badly I would of been better off sleeping in my car never will go here again room key would never work

Can’t believe Wyndham and Ramada allow their names to be put on this dump. The place needs some serious management. Our room was disgusting. Mildew and moisture everywhere.
None of the doors leading outside lock when you someone leaves the building do anyone in this sketchy neighborhood can wander in the building unabated.
By the way covid is over. They can go ahead and take the masks required signs down.

They won't clean your rooms or bring towels or toilet paper. After requesting my room to be cleaned and towels an tp to be brought daily I finally checked out after 2wks

They shouldn't advertise wifi, because we stayed 5 days and couldn't connect to the internet the whole time. Our toilet ran 24/7. Our bathroom door was too big for the frame, so couldn't shut it or lock it. The room was so humid the sheets felt wet and our towels wouldn't dry. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packs, grits, sausage links, very little fruit options, no yougart. Waffle maker was broken.
Staff was friendly but never apologized for inconveniences.

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! I left at 4 am because the mold on the furniture was horrible and my head was pounding . The tub/ shower filthy. Not only black mold but orange mold which is " new " so it's just not being cleaned properly. There was a water puddle outside the fridge that was green buckling the cabinet it was in and the carpet was wet and smelled of mold . All the carpets were filthy and stunk from the hallways to the rooms it self . Mold covering the entire sides of the nightstands. Dust was so thick it hung off the lamp shades . The headboard had something dripping down it in multiple spots . It's gross ???? and this is my home town so it's sad to see.

Staying here right now. They give you instructions on how to make the tvs work lol? But the tvs still don't work.

My worked booked this hotel for me for an overnight trip.

Ms. Karen at the front desk was so nice and kind. Exemplary service. The facility was very clean, but needs some updating and USB ports as budgets allow.

I had an issue when I went to warm the shower where there was some sort of leak in the wall that soaked the carpet in the room. That couldn’t be helped and they readily swapped me to another room with ease and no issues.

Overall, very pleasant for my travels and would book again due to room cleanliness and great customer service.
