We zijn frequente gasten van hotelketen Accor en we zijn steeds tevreden tot zeer tevreden geweest bij andere hotels van de keten. Dit verblijf daarentegen was een wat mindere ervaring.
Het inchecken ging al niet vlot. We hadden online gereserveerd mét ontbijt, maar volgens de receptionist was die tarief zonder ontbijt. Gelukkig hadden we het bewijs op mail anders had men ons dubbel laten betalen voor het ontbijt. Je kan je al voorstellen een in het Nederlands gegenereerde bevestigingsmail voorleggen aan een Franstalige receptionist...
Bleek dat de receptionist nieuw was (maar stond desondanks wel alleen aan de desk); misschien had dat er iets mee te maken maar het blijft zeer vervelend ook al kwam het na veel palaver toch nog in orde.
Verder viel niets aan te merken op het personeel.
De kamer had een goed bed, maar de badkamer was overdreven klein. Nog kleiner was onmogelijk. De airco op de zachtste stand was vrij hevig / luidruchtig.
Het ontbijt was niet slecht, maar we zijn beter gewoon bij andere 3 * van Accor.
Er hing op sommige plaatsen, incl. een deel van de ontbijtruimte, een onaangename geur, misschien ten gevolge van recente verfwerken.
Voor een doorreis is de ligging wel heel goed en er is mogelijkheid om je Tesla te snelladen.
Tot slot. Ik ben Goldmember van Accor. Voor ieder verblijf in een hotel van Accor verzamel je loyauteitspunten die automatisch aan je account worden toegevoegd. Bij alle andere hotels gebeurde dit tot nu zonder problemen en daags na ieder verblijf staan de punten in mijn account. Ik stel vast dat ik voor dit verblijf, 3 weken na datum, nog steeds geen punten heb ontvangen. Mede gelet op de eerder vermelde problemen i.v.m. de reservatie van het ontbijt denk ik te mogen stellen dat dit hotel nog werk heeft om zijn administratie op punt te stellen.

Arrêt d'une nuit dans cet hôtel pendant nos vacances. Nous avons loué la chambre familiale. Chambre très spacieuse avec une belle salle de douche. Tout était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec pleins de produits fait maison et régionaux. Christian, la personne a été très accueillant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Hôtel modernisé, lits confortables, tranquille, verdure, près de l'autoroute, personnel sympa, très bon petit déjeuner. Pour le prix on ne trouvera pas mieux. Seul bémol : eau du robinet affreuse. Même pour se brosser les dents c'est désagréable. Donc prévoir eau minérale

l'hôtel est propre ainsi que la salle de bain bien que "vieillote".
en revanche les lit sont très dur nous avons eu l'impression de dormir sur des planche...
le manque de restauration sur place est dommage par contre le petit déjeuner est bon et à un bon prix!
un frigo dans les chambre serai un plus.

Hôtel dans un environnement calme avec chambre propre, un peu petite et équipements simples. L'atout est la disponibilité de chargeurs pour véhicules électriques sur le parking. Sur un style seconde vie des objets décoratifs mais qui ne fait qu'illusion. Par une nuit d'orage, la chaleur dans la chambre oblige à mettre la climatisation mais cette dernière devient trop bruyante dans cet espace réduit. Finalement, nous finirons la nuit fenêtre ouverte sans bruit.

Noisy room. It is impossible to sleep while the air conditioner is running. It sounds like there is a truck working in the room. Even if you switch it off and try to sleep while sweating, another vibration sound pops-up from time to time to annoy you. No solution provided because there is no other room with the same size.
Restaurant is not working during the day and the evening. No lunch, no dinner, only breakfast. There was a reasonable breakfast.
No wifi connection.
Good location: close by the main road and with Tesla superchargers. Consider sleeping in the car instead of paying €100+ and staying awake during the night because of the noise.

Arriving there was an internet outage that wasn't resolved when I left. That meant I couldn't get two rooms side a side as per expectation.

We faced a long journey back in our campervan with our two dogs from the south of France to Nottingham in England. We decided to break up the journey by booking two overnight stays. One here in Dijon and another the night after in Calais.
Both hotels were budget, and cost a similar amount of money, but were worlds apart in general standards and in the way we felt welcomed on arrival and bid farewell on departure.
The Greet Hotel in Dijon was relatively easy to find, and offered plentiful parking. Situated amongst the cluster of other hotels, in an industrial type area out of town, we were welcomed by their staff in a very friendly manner. The gentleman who checked us in spoke excellent English. The building is fresh and well decorated, and generally appealing to the eye. Our room, albeit small, was air-conditioned. This was more than welcome on what was a very warm day and evening and early morning to follow. Overall, the room was clean, and the general decor was excellent. The shower and toilet area were good and the bed was comfortable.
Unlike the second hotel we stayed in the following day, the Greet Hotel allows an area to eat inside the hotel with your dogs present. But because the weather was so good, we ate with our dogs outside. Breakfast was fine, with a choice of cold meats, eggs and juices. Plus coffee from a machine, which was very good.
On departure, we met a new member of staff who again was friendly and courteous when we left.
Overall, we were both very impressed with the Greet Hotel Dijon. It is a no-frills hotel – obviously at the price that we paid. But it was welcoming an approach and everything that was offered in the hotel was of a good standard. I see no reason whatsoever to deduct any stars from my rating for this hotel. Perfect, in particular, if you are looking for a one or two nights stay in the area.

Rapport qualité/prix, c'est asser correcte. La chambre était propre, avec un grand lit et très calme. Un très grand choix de produits, surtout des produits locaux pour le petit déjeuner. Parking asser grand avec recharge pour voiture électrique. 4 ⭐️ bien mérité !!!

Il dispose d'un grand parking pour les voitures et un emplacement pour les motos.

L’accueil, le personnel très bien et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner très biens.
Les chambres sont convenables et sympathique. Le seul grand bémol, c’est la Literie, c’est zéro. le matelas extra ferme, et je pèse mes mots, j’ai dû doubler la couette pour la mettre en dessus . Je croyais que je dormais sur la pierre.
J’ai mis les draps de bain, au dessus de la couette, et même comme, la fermeté du matelas était présente, les points de pression du à la fermeté du matelas. je sais pas si tous les matelas sont pareils, Mais dans la chambre 123, c’était ça!!

Fijne ruime schone familiekamer met goede bedden en lekker ontbijt. Helaas was de douchekop defect waardoor wij niet echt lekker hebben kunnen douchen. Dat was het enige minpunt voor de rest was het top!

Bonsoir, nouveau concept et une décoration intérieure très réussie, le personnel est très accueillant et Frédéric est le chef d’orchestre du projet et celui qui vous donne l’envie de revenir profiter de la sérénité du lieux.|Reposant et très confortable, il est l’endroit parfait pour passer une nuit de récupération parfaite.|Bonne étape et à bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures.
