Amazing spot with excellent food!!! We were a little bit anxious as we went here our first day in Italy and are Americans and don’t know any Italian but the staff were so kind, welcoming, and generous. We’re here for a few days and may return because they made us feel like regulars even though we had never been before!

I went to Quinoa at the end of february alone as it was very close to my hotel as my last dinner in florence hoping to find a nice place with healthy food. Neither the atmosphere nor the staff is welcoming, it is cold inside with plastic chairs. I chose something italian from the menu pasta with ragu and they brought the dish that was boiling hot, not with ragu but pieces of meet. After eating a bit i realized it was a remaining dish maybe from lunch that they reheated in microwave…terrible, would never happen in italy. The waitress didn’t deny it but she said their kitchen is very good not like the touristy places of the center. I paid 24 euros for that reheated bad pasta and a not good glass of wine. I didnt even finish half of the plate and the glass but paid the full price. Maybe you can go in summer in the garden but chose well what to eat…

Main courses were really nice. The tiramisu lacked any taste, so did the chocolate cake. The staff didn’t mind though. Service was really so so.

Don’t forget to wear your winter jacket, because you will need it inside. There is a terrible draft. Once again, the staff didn’t care.

Ieri sera io e la mia ragazza siamo stati a mangiare in questo posto perché lei è celiaca, anche se tutta la loro cucina è senza glutine non per questo manca di appeal, gusto o interesse. Propongono un menu vegetariano con influenze etniche con un occhio di riguardo per le materie prime. Ottima la carta dei vini con etichette biologiche e vini naturali. Consigliato per cene romantiche o in compagnia.
