LA MAISON DE LA LAGUNE

Bel hôtel restaurant propre sympa ???? la nourriture ???? aussi n’est pas mal pour les prix ça va … ça reste dans la tranche des hôtels restaurant situé en bord de mer pour les quantités faut pas s’attendre à avoir d’assiette pleine question qualité aussi c’est bon les produits sont frais .

Cadre exotique et calme entre lagune et mer. A voir pour reposer son esprit

L'endroit est magnifique le cadre est beau avec les arbres et l'aménagement. L'accueil du personnel aussi est plus que parfait. Mais par contre il n'y pas de piscine il n'y a qu'une toute petite piscine où même un enfant de 4 ans a pied. Un autre point négatif c'est que la nourriture est excessivement chère pour ce que c'est.

Un endroit hors du tumulte d'Abidjan. On adore ! Surtout le dimanche soir lorsque les abidjanais rentrent et laissent la lagune aussi calme. Merci à Catherine pour son excellent accueil.

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful place! The prices are fair, the place is SO peaceful, the staff is really kind and accommodating, and their continental breakfast was so awesome!! And they had strong wifi and a strong wifi connection, despite being out in a more rural area.
Room prices change on week nights and weekends. I paid 40,000cfa for a Sunday night, 5,000cfa for breakfast (per person), and 5,000cfa to use a canoe (paid per person). The place is directly on the lagoon and has a nice sandy waterfront and a dock (kinda old but at least it’s there!) that’s nice to sit on and go fishing.
Now, the most tragic thing did happen though. The morning of my arrival (I arrived in the evening), the ocean wiped away their ocean side of the property! The pool and restaurant is gone (but they still served an awesome breakfast: pot of coffee/tea/hot chocolate, banquette, hot croissant, local jams, fresh fruit, and fresh fruit juice). But fortunately the lagoon side is safely untouched! Also, this place is a bit “off road” to get to. We spent about 15-20 minutes on bumpy roads and arrived there by taxi. When we wanted to leave, taxis couldn’t come get us out there, but the staff were really helpful in finding us a local taxi that brought us to Restaurant Assoyam where
where we could then call a Yango (and have a drink or two while waiting).
I really want to see more people go enjoy this beautiful place. They need the support of clients, especially after the ocean wiped out half of their property, so I hope you’ll go stay there!
