We stayed for 5 days in February. Service was excellent, room was spotless and it was easy to walk to most places in the old city. We had fun at the bar next door, a local hangout. We’ll be going back in warmer weather!

This is quite a charming little hotel and the staff are very courteous and helpful. They had informed us ahead of our visit that it can be very difficult to secure reservations at restaurants around Christmas and provided a list of the ones that were operating during the season. Our room was quite comfortable, and refreshed daily, coordinated for when we were out. Breakfast provided by 7am, in insulated bags hung outside each room, consisted of muffins, breads and croissants with jams and butter, bottles of orange juice, and cream for the coffee machine in room. On Christmas morning, we found chocolate bombs with our breakfast as well - what a wonderful little surprise! Our room was stocked with a mini bar, fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Plates, cups and silverware are in the room. Considering the convenient location, comfort and cleanliness, and the warmth exuded by the staff, we would certainly book with them again on our next visit to Old Quebec!

Loved the place!! Close to everything you would want to see and comes with convenient (paid) parking. They provide coffee and tea throughout the day, very friendly staff and the breakfast was included in our stay. Make sure you read the room details, they are small but I knew it going in and have no complaints. I will be coming here again !!

Un hotel de bon standing, très agréable. Il est accessible à pied depuis la gare et permet de visiter la ville en étant assez central. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, le personnel charmant. Il n'y a pas de salles de petit déjeuner : le petit déjeuner est donc servi en chambre (on découvre la matin un petit sac accroché à la porte avec un formidable petit déjeuner, copieux et bon).
