Opnieuw een paar schitterde dagen doorgebracht in ons favoriet hotel in Amsterdam. Werden wederom hartelijk ontvangen door Karim en Ercan van de receptie. Compliment voor deze jongens niets was teveel. Alle vragen werden indien mogelijk door hen ingevuld. We kregen een mooie kamer en elke moment dat we ze zagen was het contact prettig. En zeer service bereid, alleen al voor de dienstverlening van deze gasten zouden wij in de toekomst nogmaals voor dit hotel kunnen kiezen.
Top gasten zijn deze mannen ze zijn zeer service gericht fijn voor een hotel om dergelijk personeel in dienst te hebben.

Réservation sur une application plus de 200 euros la nuit pour se retrouver dans une chambre minuscule et vieille à un étage en travaux ! Bref décevant !

Die Port Van Cleve is a beautiful hotel with roomy accommodations. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. We were pleased that our room was available when we arrived at 8 am after a long flight. The receptionist Ercan even upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise, which meant a larger room. The room was clean and spacious. Though we didnt eat at the hotels restaurant, they did give use two vouchers for credit towards lunch/diner/drinks. We also recieved a tourist guide with local attractions which was so helpful. The book in the room about the hotel was also fascinating to read. Exactly the type of hotel you'd want to stay in to experience the true Amsterdam feel. Its also in the perfect location for walking to any attraction around the city. Well be staying here again for our next visist. Five stars across the board.

We loved every minute in this beautiful and cosy hotel. The location is amazing, 10-15 minutes to walk to most attractions, the staff were smiling, friendly and very welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated and prepared, with thought given to all the things you need for a lovely stay. The food is exceptionally good, the steak is very nicely done, the friendly atmosphere created by the manager of the restaurant Colin complimented each meal. Everyone was attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend and we shall definitely choose it again.
