As we were on the 9th floor, traffic noise was minimal (and the room window is quite small). However, it is very easy to hear people from other rooms or the hallway - bring earplugs if this bothers you!
The coupons for breakfast were a nice touch. The cafe attached to the hotel has great pastries!
As a side note, the elevators are VERY small - if you're claustrophobic, I'd highly recommend asking for a lower floor and taking the stairs!
Service from JV and Veronica was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure myself and my wife enjoyed our stay.
The rest of the staff were very attentive too, and we really liked this hotel. A big thank you!
