Service was incredibly slow and non-attentive. Cigarette smoke wafted throughout the dining area, which is open air, although covered. When we said we wanted nothing else there was no bill and no indication that payment was expected at a cashier—so the last wait was for something we should not have expected. The fries were limp and greasy, the chicken filet for the burger had an unexpected crust (which was overdone). The pizza crust was undercooked and soggy, and while it was a thin crust, it still was expected to have some trace of leavening. The burrata topping was all in one spot in the center and soupy, while the other toppings around the periphery were dried out. The tomato sauce was watery, which also contributed to the sogginess; a thicker sauce would have made the crust less stodgy. The management at least conceded that the pizza was underdone and offered to remake it, however, by that time we had lost our patience and a longer baking time would not have addressed the other defects. Strangely enough, this pizza place had the best rating of the ones in the area; apparently one must go considerably farther to get a better product.

Nous avons commandé plusieurs fois des pizzas, elles sont excellentes ! Cuites au feu de bois, bien garnies, vraiment très bien !
Nous avons également mangé sur place un midi et le plat ( burger italien au pesto ) était très bon également !
En plus le personne est très sympa !
