Terrible client service
It was a terrible organized visit. I booked two months in advance and they sent me an email that they confirmed, but they canceled a week before the visit. This means that they don't respect any customer, it's the money that matters, not the reputation. I do not recommend such a service and such an attitude towards customers and people in general. Disrespect and complete devaluation of the customer is the motto of Courvosier's service
